It is pertinent to note that in early 2020, as profitability was within sight, the pandemic exposed several challenges for RentoMojo, requiring the company to course-correct before eventually achieving profitability. 🚨 Inc42 Exclusive 🚨 Delhi-NCR-based MasterChow has raised $6.5 Mn in its Series A round led by Singapore-based Tanglin Venture Partners, sources told Inc42👇 The funding round also saw participation from Peak XV Partners’ Surge, Anicut Capital, the D2C brand’s existing investor WEH Ventures, among others. MasterChow plans to utilise the fresh capital for launch of new products and expanding its offline presence. The fresh funding comes almost a year after MasterChow raised $3.2 Mn in its Pre-Series A round from Surge and other investors.
