In any given year, about 35% of the searches carried out by Chasm Partners focus on commercial leadership roles. Whether the title is Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, or Head of Sales, the commercial leader is often the most critical and challenging position for a growing company to fill. Despite the critical nature of this role, search partners like Chasm Partners are often brought in after one or more commercial leaders have already failed in the organization. While we all may have to “kiss a few frogs” in our lifetimes, the search for your organization’s commercial leader should feel less like a guessing game and more like a strategic elimination tournament. In this article, Pamela Zients touches on the shifting trends in commercial hiring and shares her advice to help healthcare companies avoid sales leadership "misfires." A bit long winded, but I believe important to relay to my connections.. As I converse with business leaders, and identify key initiatives, most consist of - Budgets, pricing strategies, customer experience, employee empowerment, etc.. We can all agree these are integral components of scaling a successful business. Business leaders, I encourage you to stay on top of your current vendors, and be open to hearing out new vendors.. Especially in todays world, where status quo is engrained and many vendors are leveraging this for complacency. It’s one reason why we’ve seen the price of goods increase, while service has drastically decreased.. These vendor’s believe you won’t make a change, as they understand the challenges that come with it. I feel most leaders believe they have great partners, and some have done the due diligence required to find them, but it’s just not the reality. Your team & business deserves a partner who truly cares about & understands your key initiatives, so together you can focus on achieving what actually matters. Not just solidifying an order a time or two a year. I say all this to say, here at Wright Creative Branding & Labels, your key initiatives are at our core. We focus on developing partnerships with our clients that are lasting and mutually beneficial. When these partnerships are established, the teamwork and collaboration that goes into achieving those initiatives are what makes work super fun. It’s always best when both businesses, and all team members included, can experience success and grow personally and professionally together! I’d love to learn if an alignment between our teams makes any sense. It’s absolutely no problem if not, and at times it won’t, but it doesn’t hurt to try! Please feel free to reach out any time to discuss! Thank you!! #keyinitiatives #revenuegrowth #truepartnership #mutuallybeneficial #vendormanagement #Labels #wrightcreativebrandingandlabels #yourbrandbelongswithus
