I hope you all had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the sun and dry weather. I had time and needed to prioritise, so I got into my garden to start the spring tidy-up. There are still things to do, but I'm getting there. Watching tadpoles, pruning, sitting and listening to birds, mulching... (I mulched, not the birds!). I'd had a busy week, interviewing business owners about their admin/support needs and whether delegating some tasks to a Virtual Assistant (VA) would be worth the money. They all said "yes" to investing, which is excellent for the VA world. They needed to decide when and what tasks to assign. We discussed the key benefits of hiring a VA, which included more time to focus on essential parts of the business, client relationships, bid writing, creative musings, and family and social activities.
