The reality of the teaching profession is that it is a diverse bag of responsibilities to nurture the next generation. It is imperative for school leadership to recognise THAT and lay down the frameworks that enable this diverse set of responsibilities to be achieved successfully. Are we focusing on education delivery to the detriment of education? Or are we able to set the platform for educators to excel by providing better support services so that they can achieve more than education delivery?

Teaching is definetely a full time job.
