Here’s an insightful read on a topic that’s close to my heart – the ability to lead effectively through ambiguity. This piece covers a few useful strategies that can help leaders not only survive but thrive amid turbulence. The point on overcoming perfectionism resonates strongly with me. Personally I find that the pursuit of perfection does not produce great results and seriously undermines people’s performance.
