The feudal Barony title of North Cadbury has been re-established by legal process by a leading authority in the UK. The legal rights to the title have been transferred by Deed of Conveyance in compliance with the Honours (Prevention of Abuses) Act 1925 (Hatton Solicitors).[9][10] This is an illegal entry. MANORIAL COUNSEL LTD and their complicit solicitors who should know better. New evidence against this company and their solicitors has come in today. I am going through all the paperwork and will give my reaction later. ALL MANORIAL COUNSEL'S CLIENTS NEED TO SEEK THE ADVICE OF AN INDEPENDENT SOLICITOR AS THEIR TITLE WILL BE AFFECTED FROM THE NEXT COURSE OF ACTIOJN AGAINST THIS DUBIOUS COMPANY. I suggest Michael Baxendale - Newhall Solicitors would be a good solicitor as he ad his staff are experienced in manorial law. All Manorial Counsel's notices on the Gazette are invalid because Manorial Counsel's solicitors have misled the Gazette with fictitious information. Manorial Counsel does not have any legal right to steal other peoples titles nor mislead viewers of their website that titles are reinstated and new right applied. These comments are grossly misleading as they cannot apply any new rights and I have legal paperwork confirming the reasons why and sections of law. Therefore the best thing an client of theirs can do is seek independent legal advice as they do not hold a valid title. (plus a referral to Cheshire and Bum’s Modem Law of Real Property 16th edition (2000) page 15, which is to the same effect.) Many manors were extinguished either when vested in the Crown or when assets were sold off. Manorial Counsel (Kevin Norris the fake Earl) is not competent of proper research. Nor are the solicitors who act for his company. They are family solicitors and not competent in Manorial Law. I will detail the articles on Manorial Counsels website that are either misleading or completely wrong. Now if you don't believe me then why not seek the advice of an independent solicitor who is knowledgeable on Manorial Law. It always amazes me why someone would place trust in Manorial Counsels solicitors when purchasing a title and not instruct their own. You wouldn't buy a house, flat, woodland or land plot without instructing your own solicitor. The vendors solicitor would not act for you as otherwise there would be a conflict of interest. Buying a manorial or feudal title is no different. But all legal senses leave the purchaser and they are sucked in with the misleading articles by Kevin Norris allowing Kevin Norris and his solicitors to have you over. There certainly is a huge conflict of interest on the side of Manorial Counsel Ltd Hattons Solicitors work for Manorial Counsel Ltd, they do not work for the client of Manorial Counsel Ltd. There are a lot of legal things happening behind the scenes, so I strongly advise clients of Manorial Counsel Ltd to seek the advice from a competent solicitor of manorial law. THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE BE WARNED Just because a title is placed in the Gazette (even if placed by a solicitor) it cannot be taken as genuine. It needs to be researched. If a title is being sold and the Vendor claims it to be genuine because it is registered on The Gazette, still research it. The Gazette does not guarantee that any notice of a genuine title. The Gazette is for advertising notices and does NOT guarantee the authenticity of any notices placed by individuals, companies or solicitors. MANORIAL COUNSEL LTD - NOTICES PLACED BY THEIR SOLICITORS (HATTON) ARE ALL FICTITIOUS NOTICES AND NONE ARE OF A VALID LEGAL TITLE - so, if someone is selling a title and they say that it is registered with the Official Gazette, take a look and if the Gazette Notice has details of Manorial Counsel Ltd and Hatton Solicitors, then steer clear as you’ll end up being ripped off. It will be a novelty title only. Only titles which hold a complete set of deeds should be registered on the Official Gazette. Manorial Counsel Ltd (Kevin Norris) and his complicit solicitors (Hattons) are undermining the value of those titles which hold a complete set of deeds.
