Are you giving your Customers what they want? One of my mentors was managing a hotel and he had a server who was making more tips than any other server. One day, he asked him what he was doing to earn so much more than everyone else and the server simply said: “I give the customer whatever they want. If they want me to pour a bottle of ketchup on my head, I’ll do it. I don’t embarrass them or make them second guess themselves. I serve them.” Now, I’m not saying you need to go out and pour ketchup on your head but are you giving your customers what they want or do you have a policy in place that is inhibiting the level of service you’re able to provide? #stage #speaker #customerservice #customerexperience #service #ketchup #keynotespeaker #customerengagement

Myth: Tip pooling means everyone gets paid the same. 🤔 Let’s set the record straight! Here's how it works: tips are collected into a shared pool and distributed based on rules like hours worked, job roles, or sales contributions. For example, bartenders might get a percentage of alcohol sales, while servers receive a share based on the hours they worked. With TipHaus, you control the rules to fit your team’s needs, ensuring every dollar is distributed fairly. Have questions or want to see how it works? "Just make my drinks whenever you get to them," said no server--ever. Working as a bartender for many years, I know firsthand that servers can never get their drinks fast enough. Why are they under so much pressure? Because their livelihoods depend on how quickly they can get back to their tables. More face-time with guests means: ✅ More engagement ✅ More opportunities to sell ✅ Better tips, more income, and a better life. Sounds like I'm joking, but it's true. That's why servers put bartenders under so much pressure to make their drinks fast. 🤔 Come to think of if, maybe I invented Auto-Rinse to deal with on-the-job trauma... Either way, when I finally made my first prototype to test, it was satisfying to see how much faster Auto-Rinse helped me make drinks. And, how quickly I could get servers out of my face and back in front of their guests. If you want to decrease ticket times to give your servers more time to sell, Auto-Rinse will help you do that. #barequipment #restaurants #bars #specialtycoffee #bubbletea

The more time that bartenders and servers spend with their guests, the more revenue they generate—it’s a simple concept. ⏱️= 💵 That’s why you want to give your FOH staff as much time as possible to have face-time with your guests. They can only suggestively sell, upsell, or sell loyalty cards if they have the time to do so. If they’re running around in survival mode, they’re just trying to survive the shift—and the last thing on their minds is engaging with guests. One way to keep them in sales mode—and out of survival mode—is to reduce drink ticket times, so they can get back to their tables faster. And the best way to cut drink ticket times is to give your bartenders automatic rinsing with Auto-Rinse™. 🙌🏻 When bartenders no longer have to worry about rinsing their tins, jiggers, mixing glasses, and strainers, they can make drinks faster than ever before. This means that servers spend less time waiting for their drinks, and more time managing the guest experience. It’s time to step into the future and equip your bars with Automatic Rinsing, to enable your bartenders and servers to generate more revenue by delivering the best guest experiences. "When you solve a problem for yourself, you solve a problem for many." I can't remember who I heard this from, but it's something that resonated with me deeply. When I started working as a bartender, I quickly found out that what slowed me down the most was having to rinse my mixing tins. This was the single biggest bottleneck that interrupted my workflow. I thought to myself, "Why hasn't this problem been solved yet?" To me, it was such a no-brainer. Automating the process of rinsing drink-making tools would make the entire FOH faster. Because faster drink ticket times give servers more time to: ✅ sell more ✅ engage more ✅ turn tables faster ✅ handle more volume ✅ better manage the guest experience Smart operators want their servers back in front of guests ASAP--because that's the only way they can generate more revenue. Automatic Rinsing makes this possible. When I prototyped and tested Auto-Rinse on the job, I immediately knew that it solved a major problem for me. It allowed me to: ✅ effortlessly clean as I worked ✅ make drinks faster than ever before ✅ get servers out of my face and back to their tables But once I saw the ripple effects Auto-Rinse had on the entire front of house, I knew I had a winner on my hands. Because it solved a much bigger problem than my own. By finally eliminating the bottleneck of manually rinsing my drink-making tools, it unlocked a level of speed only automatic rinsing could provide. And the entire front of house benefited from that speed. Solving a problem for myself solved a problem for many. "Necessity is the mother of invention." In my case, pain motivated me more than anything else. Bartenders know that one of the biggest pains is having to clean their mixing tins every time they make a shaken drink. And on busy nights, that might happen 200+ times. Can you imagine all the time wasted doing this? Well, I don't have to imagine it, because I lived it! So I knew automating this process would eliminate a lot of pain for me. But what I didn't expect was how much it helped the entire FOH. You see, when bartenders can make their drinks faster, servers can get back to their tables faster. It's a pretty simple concept, but not something that most operators really think about. But it's critical. Why? Because every second a server is away from their tables, engagement opportunities are being missed. And increased engagement = more sales. So when I invented Auto-Rinse™, I knew it was a painkiller for me. But what I really underestimated was how much pain it would relieve for the entire front of house. "Where's our server?" In restaurants, speed of service is imperative. Getting drinks out as quickly as possible helps servers and bartenders: ✅ Spend more time engaging and selling ✅ Provide great experiences ✅ Capture more sales The reality is that seconds matter, and really make a difference. Why? Because seconds compound. A few seconds lost here and there add up to minutes of wait time for the guest. This is why it's so important to keep drink ticket times as low as possible. That's why I invented Auto-Rinse. Inventing a bespoke solution to solve a very niche problem seems like a crazy idea--until you're 10 tickets deep and have a crowd of anxious servers waiting for their drinks. In those moments, it seems like a godsend. If you want to help your bartenders help your front of house work faster, you need to look into Auto-Rinse. #bars #restaurants #bubbletea #inventions #barequipment

Auto-Rinse™ isn't just a new machine--it's a new process. And this improved process helps the entire front of house work faster. Let me explain. When bartenders can make drinks faster, servers can: ✅ get back to their guests faster ✅ handle more volume ✅ turn tables faster When your bar is more efficient, so are your servers. Maximum efficiency for your servers means: 📈 more engagement 📈 more sales These are the obvious benefits. But there are less obvious, but equally important benefits. When servers spend less time waiting for drinks, they can: ✅ run food ✅ buss tables ✅ talk about specials ✅ push older product ✅ get loyalty card signups ✅ help other team members ✅ promote upcoming events And there are so many other small but highly-impactful things that your FOH staff can do to improve the guest experience and profitability when they can work more efficiently. The windows of opportunity in a restaurant are very limited, and that's why you need to give your staff the tools to work as quickly as possible. Automatic Rinsing with patented, award-winning Auto-Rinse™ makes this possible.
