What happens when you let 8 experienced Mendix consultants build an app with Microsoft PowerApps, with a Star Wars theme? Well, we were wondering that exact same thing! In our new blog, Freek Brinkhuis, Principal Mendix Consultant and former AWS Product Manager at Mendix, dove head first into the world of Microsoft PowerApps and Mendix. As more of our customers and leads ask about the difference between the platforms and what use cases they tailor, we wanted to learn more about both platforms ourselves. Instead of doing this the conventional way by opening the evaluation guides and comparing platform features, we decided to take on a more innovative approach: The Orange Force Hackathon Challenge.
