While ~1 in 4 people experience mental health issues, data shows founders face even higher levels of stress and anxiety. In fact, 85% of founders reported stress in the past year, and 75% experienced anxiety*. Here’s what we can do to help: - Encourage open conversations about mental health. - Promote the idea that seeking help is as normal as treating any other health condition. - If comfortable, share your story(ies) of experiences you've had to overcome and how you did so regarding challenging times. If anyone is struggling, I am a safe person to speak to. There is also 24/7 support via the mental health helpline at 1-877-303-2642 #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MentalHealthMatters #Founders

Three things I learned about my mental health: 1. It is a must for me to take care of my mental health. 2. Setting boundaries at work and home helps me tremendously to prioritize my mental health. 3. If I struggle with my mental health, asking help is a courageous and right thing to do. I am not shy to ask for help. P.S. for years I take green smoothie to refresh my body and do my meditation to refresh my mind. #mentalhealth #coaching #self_care ##self_love
