Remember laughing freely? Want to feel that lightness again? I've been down that road where laughter seemed a distant memory. Here's how I found my way back to joy. The Challenges I Faced: 🔥 The realisation that I couldn't remember the last time I laughed genuinely and without care. 🔥 The sorrow of missing out on joyous moments because of being caught up in stress and worries. 🔥 The longing to reconnect with my lighter, more carefree self but not knowing where to start. What I Did to Overcome the Challenge: 🟢 Made a conscious effort to find humour in daily life, even small things. 🟢 Spending quality time with people who uplift me and make me laugh. 🟢 Practicing gratitude by acknowledging one thing that brought me joy or made me smile at the end of each day. Do not let anything cause you to be oblivious to how your actions are making others feel. So often we get so caught up in and so focused on something that we completely fail to see the bigger picture. People are absolutely responsible for their own feelings. But that isn’t an excuse to have poor behavior. Some might even allow their ego to grow and not prioritize any of their attention on how they are impacting others. Cutting a line. Not realizing their phone is reflecting light and blinding others. It might seem like silly simple examples, but how we do one thing is how we do everything. We must commit to not being oblivious to our surroundings. Life is a team sport. Shared with others. Together. Kindness. This is the way. Live. Laugh. Love. Be. ❤️

There is nothing greedy or frivolous about joy. Allow yourself to experience joy, to feel joyful. Notice those moments. Savor those moments of joy. Because we need joy. Busy day in work/production today. Life and work are better when your first choices are to surround yourself with the people who are kind and driven by that kindness. As your own bar of what is a goal and the norm. Life is better when you recognize nobility and value all comes from empathy driving and filtering your life. The 1980’s and greed screwed up a lot of people and ethos when it comes to work and life value. If you want genuine joy in your life… you work to lose that crap. You work to realize it is not a cliche to say… love/empathy first in your life is the answer to life. It’s only corny or simple to people who lost the ability to run their minds that way. I’m lucky. People I work with after 30 years in this work are all these type of people.

It helps me say "Koi Na, Hota Hai" (It's okay, it happens) no matter what happens in life. This book is for everyone and teaches us how to live a fulfilling life. Five best things I learned from it: 1. Set goals based on inspiration, not desperation. 2. Suffering comes not from what we think about, but from thinking itself. 3. Do things that haven't been done to achieve what hasn't been achieved. 4. Thinking makes things complicated; just feel. If it feels right, follow that path. 5. Have morning rituals to start the day peacefully and have a space at the end of the day to relax and unwind. Want to live your best life? The secret is to align your actions with your values. Sometimes we don't even know what our values are. Take a step back and ask yourself: What is important to me? Is it ambition? Honesty? Gratitude? Love? Once you've identified your values, live them every day. If you value honesty, have the hard conversations. If you value ambition, take action and set those goals. If you value gratitude, practice it in your thoughts and actions. If you value love, show it in your relationships and daily interactions. Living a life of intention is the key to happiness and fulfillment. So, take a moment to reflect on your values. And remember, you have the power to create the life you want by aligning your actions with your core values.

By default, what is your true nature : - Love - Peace - Harmony - Fun - Growth - Happiness or something else ? This is what you want in reality. Isn’t it ? You are earning for it , You are living for it , You are wishing for it , But somewhere some elements are missing from your life. There could be multiple of reasons . - failures - setbacks - challenges - lack of knowledge - lack of skill - past life Do you know still there is a way you can comeback to your default nature ? It is through “power of appreciation” . When you appreciate others , you uplift more yourself than others . Because you see yourself in that elevated position . Because you see positive things by filtering the negativity. You wish those good things to happen in your life as well . You crave for the positive energy on regular basis in your own life . Many times many things happen in your life without your conscious knowledge , but in a sub-conscious way. Just by appreciating others genuinely you can transform your life . Are you ready for that ?
