🌍 New Opportunity for EU Border Regions 🌍 The European Commission has launched the Resilient Borders initiative in collaboration with the Association of European Border Regions (AEBR) and the Mission Opérationnelle Transfrontalière (MOT), aimed at improving cross-border crisis management and spatial planning in border regions. What benefits can participating regions receive? ◾ Up to €40,000 in grants to create joint plans. ◾ Support for coordinating local actors in crisis management or developing common governance through cross-border spatial planning. 📅 Deadline to submit proposals: 30 November 2024 This financial support represents a unique opportunity for regions to collaborate and jointly address the challenges they face.
