I am pleased to share that I have attend the "Cable Termination Installation and Failure Investigation" course from June 30th to July 2nd. Although it might have looked nice as it's color-coded, it caused major headaches at the terminal junction box. Electricity can do some cool things. Here I was making and testing a training prop and found something I wanted to share. Super 88 tape and 33+ tape are widely used by electricians all over the world. It was, and still is, used in making medium voltage cable terminations as well. However, all insulators have their limits, and I found some of them here. Now, don't get me wrong. I love this tape, and I am want to be clear that I am purely abusing it here. Regardless, it is just a way to know your limits so that we can still stay humble and respect electricity. Side note, I ended up with a lot of corona smell after doing this for a while.
