Irina Jordan has only been at Chowly for a couple months, but somehow it feels like she’s been here for years. She’s an absolute powerhouse. Her network and SaaS expertise is top tier. It’s not more than 5 minutes into this podcast she’s praising Pavilion and Sam Jacobs (Who I give praise to as well!) It’s amazing to hear her tell our origin story - again you couldn’t tell she’s only been here for a couple months - SMB #Restaurants are unsung heroes. It’s good to add another voice in the space who actually allies with restauranteurs - Want to hear more about #dynamicpricing from people with economics AND hospitality degrees? - The unique-ness of the restaurant space and how it’s not like any other industry - The role that “marketing” plays in the overall strategy. Not silo’d, but integrated throughout the whole org - Our sales team are beasts. Tom L. and Elle Carstens have built something special there - The ROI on trade shows 😬 😬 😬 - The critical importance of partnerships in the restaurant space There’s way more, but this podcast was chuck full of amazing content. I have done lots of zooms with leaders in the space over the last couple of years, the one with Irina Jordan will always stand out. I have a feeling it is one of many…
