We are excited to share that our company recently participated in a visit to China at one of the leading companies in the sector. During this visit, our board members, Andrea Bandini, Head of Operations Italy, and Alfredo Beggi, Head of Sales, had the opportunity to discuss future collaborations and explore new partnership opportunities. The goal of the trip was to expand our strategic partnerships and strengthen existing relationships with key component suppliers for the group’s EPC, C&I, and revamping activities. We are confident that this participation has helped consolidate our position as a leader in the PV service industry, further promoting our mission of excellence and reliability. We thank Andrea and Alfredo for their commitment and dedication, and everyone who made this exciting experience possible PHONO Solar and WATTKRAFT Solar. #wemakeithappen #renewables

Did You Know? Three of our solar projects in France have reached commercial operation this year and begun selling energy to the grid, collectively totalling nearly 13MWp. That’s enough to power approximately 9,000 homes! ☀ The first project is a 4MWp plant, located in Saint Martin Lalande, in Aude department in South-West of France. It reached commercial operation on in March of this year, after it was redeveloped in 2022 & 2023, marking the first of Sonnedix's projects in France to be revamped. ☀ The second and third projects are almost 5MWp and 4MWp respectively, and were successfully interconnected and started selling energy into the grid in March. These plants are located in Les Mées, in the Southeast of France, where Sonnedix has already 41 MWp in operations, a private substation, a battery in operation and O&M centre on site. These successes follow on from two other French projects – a 12MWp plant in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of central France and a 4.8MWp plant in southeastern France – reaching commercial operation in December 2023, together totalling almost 30MWp and reflecting our rapidly growing influence in the French market. A big thank you to our French E&C team for their hard work throughout this process, as well as our Operations & Maintenance Team and broader #OneTeam for their support. #SolarPV #France #Renewables #EnergyTransition

It’s always gratifying to partake in a successful transaction, especially when such amazing partners are involved: seller, advisors (extraordinary support), and the entire R.Power Renewables dream team , particularly Jakub Fedorowicz, Pablo Tomás Gómez Carbonero, and of course Renato Carvalho Viana. Kudos to everyone. This acquisition significantly increases our footprint in Portugal, contributes to the goals set by our shareholders, and is yet another step towards the energy transition and a more sustainable future. Exciting times ahead. The Future of Energy Today. ⚡🌍 #RPower #RenewableEnergy #RPowerPortugal #GreenFuture #PV #SolarEnergy
🇵🇹 We have just expanded our European portfolio of solar projects in Portugal! 🤝 We have signed an agreement to acquire shares in companies from the Portuguese investment group Gesto-Energia holding rights to photovoltaic projects with installed capacity of 24.1 MWp. This acquisition increases our total pipeline capacity in Portugal with secured grid connection conditions to 92 MWp. 💪 The projects located in Lagos, Mação, and Vila Franca de Xira have been developed to the RTB (ready-to-build) stage. This acquisition supports our strategy of expanding our photovoltaic project portfolio in European market. 👉 More info: bit.ly/PVprojectsPortugal The Future of Energy Today. ⚡🌍 #RPower #RenewableEnergy #RPowerPortugal #GreenFuture #PV #SolarEnergy

2023 was a record year for utility-scale PV deployment in the United States, and the market is becoming increasingly national in scope. Utility-scale PV is well-represented throughout the nation, with the exception of the central “wind belt” states in SPP, Montana, and Wyoming. 2023’s addition of 18.5 GWAC brought cumulative installed capacity to 80.2 GWAC across 47 states. ERCOT in Texas added the most new capacity in 2023 (4.2 GWAC), followed by the non-ISO Southeast (3.1 GWAC), PJM (2.8 GWAC), CAISO in California (2.7 GWAC), MISO (2.7 GWAC), and the non-ISO West (2.5 GWAC).
