Thanks to the Global Health Technologies Coalition (GHTC) for hosting yesterday’s global health R&D briefing with Rep. Mike Levin and Rep. Ami Bera on Capitol Hill! A panel of leaders from IAVI, CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations), and Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative - DNDi discussed the return on investment #ROI from the past 16 years of US investments in #globalhealth. #DYK America's financial contribution to global health R&D created 600,000 jobs and directly infused $104 billion into the US economy between 2007 and 2022?
