Is who you WANT to hire, who you NEED to hire? 🤔 We need more Technicians! This is what I always hear when I start a new engagement with a client. But early in the engagement, it's obvious that they need Project Managers or a refinement in roles and responsibilities to help keep the projects on track and make the process more efficient. This would help them eliminate the mistakes that are happening thus freeing up time for their existing Technicians to complete the work that's already sold! Scaling isn't always about selling more, it's about using what you have to produce more so that Sales is NOT a burden on Operations. You'd be blown away at how much more productive you can be after analyzing your workflow because when you can see it, the solution becomes obvious. What's your process? #leansixsigma #continuousimprovement #processimprovement #workflowdocumentation #generalcontractors #specialtytrade #hvac #plumbing #electricians
