Well, they improve the following metrics on your listing : - CTR - because shoppers understand faster what your product is about from the image on the digital shelf in search - CVR - Conversion is improved as time-poor (and attention) consumers understand faster what the product is and rely less on reading bullets etc. - Brand - Your brand and information is clearer and more visible on mobile, which is especially important for old(er) mobile users like me!
