What's better than a sunny and fun-filled Bank Holiday weekend?! ☀️ Returning to work and finding out that I got a ⭐️DISTINCTION⭐️ in my CIPD 7CO01 Employment Law module! To say that I am chuffed is an understatement! 🎉 7CO01 was my first HR specialism module and I found the content really technical, but extremely fascinating and relevant. I loved learning about how people professionals should manage employment relations between all stakeholders to ensure a healthy working relationship between Trade Unions, employees and organisations, and to consider how a multi-generational workforce and changing nature of work are affecting these dynamics. I also really enjoyed learning about organisational case-studies and to consider the use of third-party interventions in resolving organisations disputes.🧩 Despite a really busy period of work, and lots of long evenings of studying and writing, it was great to gain some in-depth knowledge on Employment Law and consolidate my learning in these assignments. Gaining a distinction is the absolute cherry on the top! The end is in sight for my Level 7 CIPD with only 3 further modules to complete and get results for! 🛤️ #hardwork #success #studying #CIPD #HR #distinction #employmentlaw #employmentrelations
