Ein zentraler Bestandteil ist der themenbezogene Standard ESRS E1, der Unternehmen dazu auffordert, über ihre Klimaschutzstrategien und -maßnahmen, einschließlich dem Management von Risiken und Chancen, zu berichten. Wie kann die Einführung der CSRD Klimaziele unterstützen und wie können Unternehmen von der CSRD profitieren? A) durch Förderung der #Transparenz: Die CSRD erhöht die Transparenz über die Nachhaltigkeitspraktiken von Unternehmen. B) #Green Deal & eine klimaneutrale EU: Durch die Verpflichtung zur Berichterstattung über Umwelt- und Sozialaspekte fördert die CSRD nachhaltige Geschäftspraktiken. C) #Risikomanagement: Unternehmen werden durch die CSRD dazu angehalten, Risiken und Chancen im Zusammenhang mit Nachhaltigkeitsaspekten, insbesondere Klimarisiken, systematisch zu identifizieren und zu managen. ... um nur einige Aspekte zu nennen. Gleichzeitig verlangt uns die Umsetzung der Berichtsanforderungen viel ab. Der ständigen Austausch mit Peers und in Verbänden wie dem ZIA Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss e.V., dem BVI Deutscher Fondsverband oder dem Bundesverband Alternative Investments e.V. (BAI) ist essentiell, um in der Umsetzung der Richtlinie möglichst effizient zum Ziel zu kommen.
