Being a hard working, motivated, on-time, organized individual, I jokingly associate myself with Wonder Woman. As I am a huge fan of what she stands for (or was created to portray in a sense), I wanted to share words of encouragement to woman (and men) as we all share this world together. No matter your background, childhood, experience, race, religion or whatever... YOU can be the change. Whether that means standing up for somebody, helping a cause, sharing your knowledge, or simply being the best version of yourself. We all can help make this world a better place, even with one small step at a time. #payitforward is just one example of how you can spread kindness to somebody. Volunteering can be another way to share your time, help others in need, and show appreciation (or love) to others. You never know how big of an impact you may have on somebody's life with simple gestures, even if sparingly. I know, it doesn't always make financial sense to you or you may not be able to give what little time you may have in this busy world...I get it. Even if you can do something once a week, a month, or even a year, it can create a "snowball effect" regardless of how often. As a mom, partner, step-like parent, daughter, granddaughter, and individual in this world, I have been able to juggle the challenges of life, just like you. I have not fully put forth the effort or time into sharing my talents, knowledge, or time as I would like to because, like you, I have a lot going on in my life. However, my goal moving forward, I would like to work on this of the many things on my "to-do list". No matter what super hero you may like, or who you have admired, YOU have the power to influence and change your community and your world. As people, we need to be reminded that every life matters, animals included.
