I’ve finally come up for air. What a ride! Earlier this month, I had the absolute privilege of joining the first-ever riders&elephants Global Gathering in stunning Queenstown, and I’m still buzzing from the experience. Here’s what made it unforgettable: 🌟 Connection: Meeting people I’ve collaborated with online for years and making new, meaningful connections. 🌟 Inspiration: Jeremy Dean and the incredible R&E community brought fresh perspectives, heart, and energy into every moment. 🌟 Learning: Diving deep into the tools we use to transform leadership, teams, and cultures. I left with powerful new resources to enhance my practice – from Beautiful Questions to Reputation to Neuro-Nudges. The energy in the room was palpable – there were laughs, tears, breakthroughs, and even a few dance moves! A highlight for me? Witnessing the power of shared emotional language and intentional culture design, which underpins everything we do as Elephant Riders. It reminded me of why I do this work and why it matters. To everyone who attended, mentored, and made this event extraordinary: thank you. My cup is full, my brain is buzzing, and my heart is all in. Now, it’s time for a little recharge (my social battery is a firefly, too!) before taking these lessons forward into the work we do.
