✨Completed 6-Week #GenerativeAI Virtual Internship ✨ I've successfully completed a 6-week virtual internship on Generative AI, organized by Skillible in collaboration with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)! During this enriching program from July to August 2024, I gained a deeper understanding of how AI systems work and how they create human-like content. I built a strong foundation in AI through the following key modules: 1️⃣ 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑨𝑰 🤖: This module provided essential insights into how AI generates innovative content and its role in creative industries.    2️⃣ 𝑭𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑨𝑰🔍: I explored the driving forces behind AI and how it can be applied in various real-world scenarios.    3️⃣ 𝑻𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒔🧠: I dove into the must-know concepts and technical jargon that are crucial for anyone stepping into the AI space.    4️⃣ 𝑴𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒕 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈🛠: One of the highlights of this internship, I learned how to craft tailored prompts to optimize AI responses and accuracy.    5️⃣ 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑻𝒂𝒔𝒌💡: I had the opportunity to work on real-world projects, putting my knowledge into practice to solve AI challenges creatively.    6️⃣ 𝑳𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝒊𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑮𝒆𝒏 𝑨𝑰 𝑴𝒐𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒔⚖️: Lastly, I engaged in thoughtful discussions about the ethical challenges and biases that AI can inherit, shaping my understanding of responsible AI use. The hands-on #assignment allowed me to summarize and analyze #researchpapers , where I improved my critical thinking, prompt engineering skills, and data analysis abilities. 2024: A Year of Change and Opportunity As a student in 2024, it is notable that the world is evolving rapidly. From the growing usage of Artificial Intelligence to the incorporation of new methods of learning and working, it is an interesting (and at times difficult) period to prepare for oneself in the so-called future. AI is changing the face of more and more fields, and I am taking the opportunity to see how it can be used in practice in different industries.I must also add that this transition to remote and hybrid work is beneficial in that it teaches me how to be flexible, manage my time more effectively, and still feel connected to others. I view such changes as an opportunity for further development and reorientation.
