Very significant stenosis of the LMCA stenosis with ulcerated plaque in the LMCA visualised using IVUS guidance … TAP bifurcation technique using Megatron and synergy XD stents .. Excellent stent expansion particularly Ostial LCX, achieved MLA of >11 mm2 in both the Ostia.
