It's not the planes we work on, the parts we sell, or the positions we fill..... it's the people that make STS Aviation Group so special.  This week, over 250 STS employees and their family members, (from 12 different countries) gathered to celebrate the holiday season and a remarkable year. From volunteering at United Way of Martin County to engaging in team-building activities, the global STS teams came together, setting a strong foundation for the future. In a special recognition of our core PRIDE values, employees were awarded gold PRIDE coins for exemplifying Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Dependability and Enthusiasm. Additionally, we presented 30 BREITLING watches to those marking their decade-long journey with STS Component Solutions, STS Air-Pro, STS Aviation Services, and STS Technical Services. This past week was filled with collaboration, teamwork, and joy, setting the stage for an incredible 2025 ahead! #teamwork #collaboration #fun #PRIDE
