One thing I wish I had learned earlier in business life.
Be proud of yourself when you help a client grow so quickly that they no longer require your services or outgrow your model.
Don't take it personally.
Reframe it.
This was my reframe.
"If it wasn't for your expertise, know-how, ability to adapt, by focusing your energies in the right places, and by spotting talent that stays the long haul, the client wouldn't be where they are right now."
You have a target audience for a reason. It's important to stay focused on that.
Keep filling the funnel, and delivering the results that you are capable of, and take the positives of the impacts you made on the businesses that have now outgrown your model.
