We #echo, here's a mid-week motivation inspired by the Power of Choice: American writer Roy T. Bennett said, "Attitude is a choice. Happiness is a choice. Optimism is a choice. Kindness is a choice. Giving is a choice. Respect is a choice. Whatever choice you make makes you. Choose wisely." As we progress through the week, let's remember that our choices shape our journey. Every decision we make has the power to steer us towards our goals, reflect our values, and foster collaboration. By consciously making choices that align with our aspirations, we can create a path of success and fulfillment. May your choices this week lead you to new opportunities and achievements! #MidWeekMotivation #PowerOfChoice #Inspiration #PositiveThinking #ButterflyChallenge

Tired of Feeling Misunderstood? Try This Simple Trick (It's Been Around for Millennia) Imagine a world where everyone treats each other with the same respect and kindness they crave themselves. That's the power of the Golden Rule! This week (April 1-7) is dedicated to this timeless principle, and it's not just about being polite. It's about building genuine connections in every aspect of life. Picture this: At work, a supportive colleague offers clear feedback instead of harsh criticism, fostering a culture of learning. In our personal lives, a patient ear and a helping hand go a long way in strengthening bonds with loved ones. In schools, students actively listen to classmates, creating a safe space for diverse perspectives. The Golden Rule isn't just about what we say, it's about empathy. By putting ourselves in another's shoes, we can truly understand their needs and respond accordingly. Feeling heard and valued is a cornerstone of strong relationships, and the Golden Rule is the key that unlocks that door. Read more at www.kevinguest.com/book on page 39: “I like to look you in the eye.” This week, challenge yourself to embrace the Golden Rule. Actively listen, offer support, and treat others with the respect you deserve. You might be surprised at the positive ripple effect it has on your connections, both big and small. #GoldenRuleWeek #EmpathyMatters #HelpingHand

Success is rarely about luck. Two years ago—almost to the day—I started my business. Since then, I’ve faced: Doors slammed shut. Partnerships I never expected. Experiences that tested every ounce of grit. Public attacks from those who tried to tear me down. Private battles I fought (and won) quietly. Through it all, I’ve heard comments like, “You’re lucky to have these opportunities.” But let me be clear: none of this came from luck, timing, or chance. Every “win” came from clawing my way to a seat at a table that wasn’t built for me—a table I chose to shape by believing I belonged there. I believed it because my community and my clients believed in me first. I’m commemorating this journey with a special #anniversary video—one that celebrates: ✨ The breakthroughs we’ve achieved together. 🏆 The milestones that shaped our shared success. 🚀 The exciting road ahead. Check out this short snippet with more to come later this week. Mark your calendars. #publicpolicy #govrelations #2yearsofSandraConsulting #community

#ThankfulThursday In life, every open door is a chance for growth, a step forward towards new opportunities and success. It's the open doors that let the light in, revealing paths we might never have seen otherwise. But let's not forget the closed doors. They teach us resilience, spark curiosity, and push us to explore uncharted territories. Every closed door is a reminder that the journey of discovery never ends. I'm grateful for both—the doors that have welcomed me with open arms and the ones that have made me pause, reflect, and find another way. Each has been a crucial part of my journey, shaping who I am today and who I aspire to be tomorrow. Each day, each step - keeping energy and focus on becoming the best 🦄 you can be. Let's embrace the opportunities and the challenges, because both lead to growth and discovery. What doors have you opened or closed recently that have shaped your path? Share your story in the comments below! Niche out 🦄 #GrowthMindset #DiscoveryJourney #EmbraceOpportunities #Resilience #Gratitude #OperationsResearch #DataScience

How do you set New Year intentions in a World that is unravelling ? Tis nearly the season of new year goals/intentions... when those lists start appearing everywhere. I don’t know about you but we have found this invitation more and more difficult over the years - Increasingly unsure of the usefulness of the data I'm working with - Questioning the actual 'reality' that I'm operating in - How to trust myself in a culture overwhelmed with information And as the modern world unravels and breaksdown at pace and gets more insane by the week We began asking 'how do I set intentions for how to be in a world that no longer exists in the ways I thought it did ?' How can I really trust my own intentions through just writing them down ? - Where are they actually coming from ? - Whose purposes are they serving ? - What is really mine to do in this time? And if we are entangled, relational beings, then these are not just my intentions are they ? 3 years ago we started a slower co-creative approach - This involves seeking input from the Earth, from ancestors, from more than human relationships - Working with connection to place, land, myth and creative practices - And doing it in community with a crew of fellow curious humans Embracing and honouring the dark part of the year intentionally and slowly - As a time for shedding and letting go of what no longer serves - Of connecting with a wider entangled web of intelligence - And surfacing seeds of possibility for the year ahead The process is surprising, powerful, nourishing and what emerges is knowledge that is deeply personal, which you can trust and call on beyond any list we’ve ever written. This is the third year we are embarking on this journey over 5 weeks starting end of January. Come and join us with guides Dan Burgess Ally Kingston and Mark Sears We create these spaces as intergenerational by design So we offer a range of rates by life-stage and economic situation Info and how to register via link below https://lnkd.in/ewSVxicW #becomingcrew #actionlearning #regeneration

As I sit here reflecting on my journey, I am amazed at how far we've come since we were children. Do you remember when our biggest worry was what game to play at recess or what book to read next? Life was simple, yet full of wonder and curiosity. We dreamed big, with aspirations to change the world. And then, reality set in - school, careers, responsibilities. But, here's the thing... those childhood dreams and desires didn't have to fade away. In fact, they can be the fuel that drives us to achieve greatness. Today, as professionals, we've accumulated knowledge, experience, and networks. We've faced challenges, overcome obstacles, and grown exponentially. But, let's not forget where we came from. Let's hold onto that childhood curiosity, creativity, and passion. Let's continue to dream big, to innovate, and to make a meaningful impact. Where have you come since you were a child? Share your story, and let's inspire each other to keep reaching for the stars! #PersonalGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment #ChildhoodMemories
