Back to school. This time with the #OptionE Master candidates of ESCP Business School , the entrepreneurial track of the international business school. A group of brilliant gen z students from India, China, France, Holand, Brazil,Morocco….variety is the spice of life in a global 🌎 . My ice-Breaker session has pivoted around my experience as #Intrapreneur , and how to apply entrepreneurship tools, attitudes, incentives, and behaviors while working within a corporation, and how to hack the internal corporate culture to foster innovation. And, seeking for new opportunities, open their minds towards #Silvereconomy. In this #discoveryExpedition to Malaga , they are looking for business opportunities for the product -Project -prototype they have to present to pass the program successfully and get their credits. Since , the #SilverEconomy is a true #BlueOcean , and the only niche/Tribe that is going to grow the next decades, the experience and knowledge of the Málaga Silver Economy Hub has become a valuable asset. I have noticed some shiny eyes… the ones that glow when a new idea is born. …I believe some of this students have seen the light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe even got a first glimpse of their IKIGAI. Crossgenerations . 42 Málaga Fundación Telefónica Is the best possible ecosystem and venue to host this kind of gatherings breathing the same air of their code-crackers. 🤔Should I dive into the next piscina? Why not? What if? Looking forward to to listening to their pitches and value propositions. #Innovation #sustainability #talent #entrepreneurship #Intrapreneurship And wrapping up… “I am interested in the future because it is the place where I am planning to spend the rest of my life “

THANKS TO MY EFFORTS, I TRAVELED TO 6 COUNTRIES IN JUST 3 MONTHS I made my passport three years ago, back in my freshman year, because I applied for an international program at the time, though I was rejected. ⭐️It wasn’t until just three and a half months ago, after completing my third year of university, that I used it for the first time. 🫶🏻But within those short three months, I managed to visit 4 + 2 countries. Four of them were fully funded trips, and two were just additional sightseeing since I was already nearby. 🇮🇩 Indonesia: The first country I visited was through a startup competition organized by China’s Ministry of Science and Technology. 🇩🇪 Germany: I attended a program on energy and was sponsored to study in Berlin for a week. I also won another startup competition from Leipzig University in Germany, but unfortunately, the two programs overlapped, so I couldn’t participate in the second one. 🇫🇷 France: With a European visa in hand, I took the opportunity to travel to France for fun. Luckily, just before I left, I received a scholarship and used the entire amount for this trip. 🇶🇦 Qatar: During a long layover in Qatar (over 10 hours), I booked a tour to explore the city. 🇹🇭 Thailand: My team competed in the Bangkok Business Challenge. It was a grand and large-scale competition where we even had the chance to meet the King of Thailand and visit famous landmarks. 🇨🇳 China: I was invited to China to receive the Third Prize at the China–ASEAN Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. 🤗One thing I’ve realized from this journey is that if you desire something deeply enough, the universe will help you achieve it—one way or another, whether in the present or the future. 🫶🏻And of course, to reach the top in such international competitions, I had to battle through over 15 domestic competitions as well. Although there were failures along the way, I believe the best things will come to those who deserve them. #travel

✈ Invest in Madrid is traveling to #Miami as one of the strategic destinations for investment attraction 2023-2027. Additionally, it is organizing an Investment Forum and participating in eMerge Americas and Startup Olé Accelerator. 🤝 During the tour, Diego De Arístegui Laborde and Aurora Relinque, Project Director and Project Manager of Invest in Madrid, respectively, will maintain a schedule of meetings, encounters, and forums with companies and institutions, where they will present the advantages that Madrid offers to foreign capital in terms of #LegalSecurity, #Profitability, #TaxIncentives and #InstitutionalStability. 📅 Among the activities planned for these two days, the following stand out: ✅ Participation in the Startup Olé Accelerator #entrepreneurship event, where discussions will revolve around the future of investment, trends, and challenges, highlighting the strengths of the Madrid region for the entrepreneurial ecosystem. ✅ Organization of an #InvestmentForum where the assets offered by the Comunidad de Madrid as an investment destination will be presented to investors and stakeholders from the Florida region, within an innovation ecosystem like Miami's. ✅ Participation in eMerge Americas, at the Spain pavilion organized by ICEX in collaboration with Red.es, once again emphasizing the region's investment assets outlined in the Sales Notebook of the Comunidad de Madrid ✅ B2B meetings with entrepreneurs who have shown interest in the region, where different investment opportunities will be explained. 👉 Why Miami? • #SouthFlorida, particularly #Miami, has become a driving force in the relationship between the United States and the Hispanic-American world, serving as a permanent reference point and hub for air, sea, and business connections. Similarly, on the other side of the Atlantic, Madrid is the main European reference point for the Hispanic-American world in its relationship and connection with Europe. • According to the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade ICEX, nearly 400 Spanish companies are established in the southeastern United States, with the majority of them in Miami. • The #UnitedStates was the largest source of investment flows to Spain in 2023, with over €8.1 billion, representing more than a quarter of the investment received (28.9%). It is also the largest investor in stock with over €100 billion. • It was also the top investor in Madrid with over €5 billion, one-third of the investment received (32.9%). I had an incredible experience attending Latitude 59 for the past two days! The event brought together participants from startup companies to established corporations. One standout seminar on the Bold Stage discussed FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) with representatives from Singapore, India, and Japan. Mr. Saijou from Panasonic, Japan, mentioned that FOMO is less prevalent in Japan as opposed to other countries. This puzzled me initially because, as a Gen Z individual deeply engaged with social media, I feel FOMO quite often. Seeing others’ achievements, especially abroad, makes me anxious about my own progress and opportunities( Because study abroad is one of the biggest expensive service among Japanese University students and prices around €20K a year. Some of my friends pay €50K via study abroad agency.) After this stage, I got a chance to discuss this topic with Mr. Saijou and I realized my feelings were more about missing out on minority achievements rather than majority trends. This is a critical issue as many young people in Japan study abroad, influenced by negative outlooks on Japan’s future. Mr. Saijou also highlighted Panasonic’s efforts to address these challenges for the next generation, which was truly inspiring. Apart from this topic, I was given several insights about Estonia Startups and Future observed from Japan. This opportunity was quite valuable and I really appreciated it, Mr. Hiroshi Saijou(He/Him). Over these two days, I connected with remarkable entrepreneurs and many people from Europe to Asia. This experience at 20 will shape my future, and I’m eager to participate in more events like this! #Latitude59 #Networking #Entrepreneurship #FOMO #GenerationZ #FutureOpportunities #Estonia #Japan #startup

Exciting news from Barcelona! Santander España and Norrsken Barcelona have announced a strategic partnership designed to supercharge the city’s impact entrepreneurship and sustainable innovation sector. By combining Santander España’s financial expertise and resources—offered through its Santander X platform—with Norrsken’s global impact network, this collaboration aims to strengthen the Spanish tech ecosystem and support businesses that drive positive change for the planet. What makes this partnership especially exciting for me is its connection to Barcelona, a city where my two sons live and work. Barcelona isn’t just a vibrant cultural hub—it’s becoming a global leader in sustainability and innovation. Initiatives like this highlight its growing potential as a center for impact entrepreneurship. But the big question is whether this partnership can deliver on its ambitious goals. Can the combined efforts of a major financial institution and a well-established global impact organization create the momentum needed to transform the ecosystem? I’ll be watching closely to see how this collaboration shapes the future of impact-driven businesses in Spain. Think developing strategic partnerships is easy? Think again.
