What is your best or worst experience of company culture? Company culture can make or break an organization's success. I've witnessed both extremes firsthand. ❌ Let's start with the worst experience: For many organization I come across culture is an afterthought, silos form, communication breaks down, and employees become disengaged, leading to high turnover rates and a toxic work environment. Why? There are no clear values and a unifying purpose, which creates a sense of aimlessness. Employees feel disconnected from the company's mission and struggle to find meaning in their work. ✅ There are no prizes for guessing, but my best experiences are with organizations that have well-defined values and behaviours in every aspect of the organization, from hiring and onboarding to decision-making and customer interactions. These organizations have created an environment where employees feel valued and supported, bringing a sense of unity and purpose to their work. I would love to hear your experiences.
