Happy #WorldMeditationDay 🧘♂️! At Wellhub, we often take a moment at the beginning of our team meetings to practice meditation through our amazing app partners-- Calm, Headspace, and Meditopia are some of my personal favorites. Today, I tuned in to Eric López Maya, Ph.D.'s guided meditation on Finding Joy. It reminded me that there are many points in our day where we can and should take a moment to practice meditation and check in with ourselves.
