HOW CAN Wuhan/CCEPC CAPITALIZE ON THE OPPORTUNITIES IN BORNEO’s ENERGY MARKET? Wuhan/CCEPC: Borneo's Green Guardian Borneo, the Emerald Isle of the East, is on the cusp of an energy revolution. With its rich natural resources and growing demand for sustainable solutions, it's the perfect stage for Wuhan/CCEPC to shine. Imagine this: Wuhan/CCEPC, the eco-warriors of the energy industry, swooping into Borneo to save the day. We're not just talking about powering homes and industries; we're talking about transforming the entire energy landscape. Here's how CCEPC can capitalize on this golden opportunity: 1. Clean Energy Pioneers: Harnessing Borneo's abundant sunlight and wind, we can build massive solar farms and wind turbines, generating clean, renewable energy that's both sustainable and profitable. 2. Waste Warriors: Borneo's growing population and industrial activities are generating a mountain of waste. Wuhan/CCEPC can step in with innovative waste treatment solutions, turning trash into treasure and protecting the environment. 3. Water Wizards: With our advanced wastewater treatment technologies, we can ensure that Borneo's water resources remain pristine, safeguarding public health and preserving ecosystems. 4. Air Quality Avengers: Wuhan/CCEPC's cutting-edge flue gas treatment systems can help reduce air pollution, improving air quality and protecting the health of Borneo's residents. 5. Environmental Knights: We can restore contaminated sites, revitalize degraded ecosystems, and create a greener, healthier Borneo for future generations. Let's make Borneo a shining example of sustainable development. With Wuhan/CCEPC's expertise, innovation, and commitment to environmental stewardship, we can create a brighter future for Borneo and the world. Are you ready to join us on this exciting journey?

What can open up a greater possibility?
Meet Patrick. Patrick is an ākonga of ours that we supported into mahi eight months ago. Patrick paid us a visit last week to proudly show us his new purchase, a Harley Davidson! We are so happy to celebrate his success and see the results of his efforts, his planning, dreams and vision. Patrick started out with a push bike to get to work, as you do what you do to get to your mahi, but with determination he has been able to purchase a Harley. Thank you for sharing your success with us Patrick. We are super proud! Ka rawe! May you always drive safely and proudly. Ngā mihi nu nui.

I am embarrassed to say that I have been guilty of this. Ugh, that hurt to say out loud. In a world where things change rapidly due to technological advances and now A.I. We must adapt and challenge ourselves to stay current. How do you do that? Here are my top two strategies: 📖 READ. (Every day). Read newsletters, industry magazines, blogs, etc. 🌐 Attend conferences and seminars. There are also low cost options at your local chamber of commerce. Every successful business owner and leader need to have a thirst for knowledge. You must be intentional about seeking new ways of doing things. I suggest that every quarter you spend a few hours reviewing your systems and processes and asking yourself and your team tough questions about if your way is still serving you. Be curious, be humble and growth minded. Have a great day!
That's all I have to say.

Thank you to everyone that said “No” along the way. Such an important moment to reflect when someone says no when an opportunity presents itself. No can mean a lot of things. It may mean you aren’t ready, you don’t see the big picture, or it can mean you have the opportunity to grow by reflecting and responding with positive results that allow the growth necessary to elevate your success at the next level. Seek the feedback. Lean in. And growth will be the result when you get outside your comfort zone and level up. Keep pushing. #growth #leadership
Thank you for saying no to me.

Venice Williams Thank you for these words. I need to hear this today: You are awakening to the same country you fell asleep to. The very same country. Pull yourself together. And, when you see me, do not ask me "What do we do now? How do we get through the next four years?" Some of my Ancestors dealt with at least 400 years of this under worse conditions. Continue to do the good work. Continue to build bridges not walls. Continue to lead with compassion. Continue the demanding work of liberation for all. Continue to dismantle broken systems, large and small. Continue to set the best example for the children. Continue to be a vessel of nourishing joy. Continue right where you are. Right where you live into your days. Do so in the name of The Creator who expects nothing less from each of us. And if you are not "continuing" ALL of the above, in community, partnership, collaboration? What is it you have been doing? What is it you are waiting for?

I have written a lot about anxiety. It is so encouraging to see a mature approach to the reality that many people experience anxiety - and that it is not necessarily an impediment to performance or doing one's job. It remains something that people find difficult to talk about - and the lack of acceptance and discourse exacerbates not only the anxiety but also the negative impacts. Bravo to the ABC for their maturity and role modelling here.
You might have seen Nate experience a panic attack earlier this morning while presenting the News Breakfast weather. He's open about his panic attacks — he's even written about them before — and he's doing okay! Thank you for all the supportive messages 😊🌅 As a team, we’ll always have your back, Nate. Always. (Although I hope I didn’t make matters worse with my bear hug off-camera…)

If this isn't an advertisement for how to lead imperfectly with grace, I don't know what is. We're all perfectly imperfect in our own ways and there are so many things to learn from this scenario and clip. 1. Noone is 'perfect' (even if the assumption is they 'should' be - in this case being a live TV presenter). 2. The more real we can be about who we are and our human 'imperfections' (in this case, panic attacks), the stronger our connection with others and the better able others are able to understand and support us. 3. By sharing, we take away a lot of the stigma that goes with these 'imperfections', meaning people can put their energy into bringing their best selves to whatever they are doing (rather than expending that energy on trying to hide whatever the 'imperfection' is). Gosh my faith in humanity and leadership is boosted by seeing things like this! What do you think? #imperfectleadership #perfectlyimperfect
