🥂🍾🇨🇭BOBST CELEBRATING 50 YEARS IN 🇧🇷 🍾🥂 Today, Consul General of Switzerland Pierre Hagmann and the Head of the Swiss Business Hub Brazil Hans Andreas Aebi had the pleasure to celebrate with BOBST, the global leader of equipment and services for packaging and label manufacturers, 50 years presence in Brazil. Founded in 1890 and a presence in 50 countries, BOBST openend their first subsidiary outside Switzerland in 1974 in, tataaa, 🇧🇷!!! What did it take? The vision and passion of Dirceu A. Fumach who went to Switzerland to convince the BOBST family that Brazil is the country to open the group‘s first subsidiary and the vision and courage of BOBST to take the bull by the horns. What followed is hard work and dedication to navigate BOBST through times of growth and change. Today, BOBST holds an impressive 70% market share in Brazil. How come? „You have a requirement, we have the solution“ explains Jean-Pascal Bobst, CEO of BOBST to his customers. Eduardo Petroni, General Manager of BOBST Brazil is getting the company ready for the next 50 years. The plan? Localize more products and offer a wider range of products with different price points. And then, Jean-Pascal Bobst shared the lessons learnt: 👉 Decide faster 👉 Get the right people 👉 Take risks, the market is there!
