Have you all met Devin yet? The AI software engineer introduced by Cognition AI. It can write code (as in an entire software from beginning to end, including capability to learn new things, debug code, etc.) with a single prompt. All news articles I have seen so far are focused on how software engineers may have sleepless nights ahead sooner than expected. But I would rather focus on its considerable potential in liberating an invaluable part of our workforce from confines of syntax and debugging to focus on more strategic and innovative aspects of software development that simply was too difficult to achieve until now. #slalom #futureleaders
