Employers could sort through thousands of profiles, but it was all about data, not the person behind it. 3️⃣ AI-Powered Filters (Now) Automation at scale. AI takes over, with automated filtering and data parsing. It is efficient but often impersonal. Authenticity is getting lost in the shuffle of AI-generated resumes and Bot-recruiters. 4️⃣ Video Intros: A Return to Human Connection (Future) The future of hiring. Today, video intros represent a powerful shift: the ability to see and connect with candidates as real people, not just resumes or “zombie data.” Video intros allow candidates to bring their energy, personality, and authenticity to the forefront, breaking through the digital noise.
