🚀 Productive Session at the SUNSON Exploitation Workshop ❗ We had an incredible and insightful session at the recent SUNSON Internal Exploitation Workshop, where our partners collaborated to align and refine our exploitation strategies. 🎯 During the workshop, we explored our Key Exploitable Results (KERs) and Individual Exploitable Results (IERs), emphasizing the commercial, societal, and scientific potential of our innovations. Understanding these elements is crucial to ensuring that the outcomes of our project have real-world impact—whether through commercialization, further research, or licensing. By leveraging tools like #MURAL, we had an interactive space to collaborate on activities that matter most to our mission: ✔ Identifying target groups and stakeholders 🏢, ✔ Defining a strong business model 💼, and ✔ Conducting competitor analysis, SWOT, and PEST analysis 📊.
