🚀 Productive Session at the SUNSON Exploitation Workshop ❗ We had an incredible and insightful session at the recent SUNSON Internal Exploitation Workshop, where our partners collaborated to align and refine our exploitation strategies. 🎯 During the workshop, we explored our Key Exploitable Results (KERs) and Individual Exploitable Results (IERs), emphasizing the commercial, societal, and scientific potential of our innovations. Understanding these elements is crucial to ensuring that the outcomes of our project have real-world impact—whether through commercialization, further research, or licensing. By leveraging tools like #MURAL, we had an interactive space to collaborate on activities that matter most to our mission: ✔ Identifying target groups and stakeholders 🏢, ✔ Defining a strong business model 💼, and ✔ Conducting competitor analysis, SWOT, and PEST analysis 📊. These insights are essential as we continue refining the roadmap to bring innovations like the SUNSON-Box and SUNSON-Tool to market, maximizing the potential of clean energy solutions in CSP, solar fuels, and energy storage markets. 💡🌍 A huge thank you to all the participants for their contributions, and to our host, Nuria Ferrera Lorenzo and IDENER´s collaborators (Ignacio Fernández-Pacheco Ruiz and Patricia Royo, for guiding us through this interactive session ❗ Exciting times ahead as we continue to drive innovation in renewable energy. 🌞⚡ #SUNSONProject #CleanEnergy #Innovation #ExploitationStrategy #CSP #RenewableEnergy #Collaboration Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU), Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, HOLOSS, IDENER.AI, @ionvacprocess, Plataforma Solar de Almería - CIEMAT

The 1st brochure for the SWARM-E project has been released! We invite you to dive into its contents United by the common goal to find a solution for access to #CleanEnergy, European and African research institutions and private sector have joined forces in this project to pilot SWARM-E a circular and bottom-up #RenewableEnergy infrastructure that links SWARM grids with other renewable energy generation and storage assets (solar mini-grids, solar containers, water purification). The inter-disciplinary collaborative project proposes a solution for affordable, reliable, modern and sustainable access to clean energy that LEAVES NO ONE BEHIND and meets the energy and water and food productivity needs of all users communities in the SSA. The solution is a bottom-up modular and dynamic infrastructure called SWARM electrification (SWARM-E) that deploys a circular renewable energy system called a SWARM grid in which households and businesses with #Solar home systems are interconnected with those without via a low-voltage distribution grid.
