Litigation lesson for beginners: No matter how well prepared you are for a matter, no matter how well articulated your arguments are, no matter how impeccable your research is, if the Judge has made up his mind to dismiss your case, he will, no matter what. So not get disappointed, since each brief you get has it’s own “kundali”. Your job to give your best in drafting, research and pleading. Rest is your client’s fate. Every rejection is a learning experience, each disappointment is a stepping stone to success. Each dismissal is a motivation to work harder. Remember, in litigation an Advocate never loses, he/she learns something new.

Lawyering at beginning stage is very challenging, not a piece of cake. But I am wishing smooth pathway for upcoming days. So much learnings, excitements, insights, tales etc. in practicing at court premises. You may seek quick success but it takes time, most importantly it takes huge patience. You can serve your client, society, people, family, nation by dint of your precious position which you can say 'Social Engineering'. Litigation is all about implementing your contents, ideals, values and knowledge with verbose legal arguments. Listening more, talking less would be your professional attire. Thus, days are going such a speed that you are enjoying your new profession !

One for those entering the legal profession (but it applies to everyone else too) Mistakes happen We’re human 99% are rectifiable When you make one, come clean straight away (the worst thing you can do is sit on it) and chances are it will be much less of an issue than you think it is. I’ve lost count of the mistakes I’ve made in my career. Mistakes are part of how we learn and become better at our jobs. It’s about how we react to them that is the important thing #mistakeshappen

During my first five months of articles, I've discovered that growth and learning are continuous. Each file brings unique challenges and opportunities. One aspect that stands out is the importance of client relationships. Clients often struggle to understand legal processes, leading to frustration. As future attorneys, it's our duty to explain clearly, provide updates, and manage expectations. Regular communication, honesty, and attention to detail build trust. However, being approachable and empathetic is paramount. Ultimately, it's about prioritising every client, making them feel valued, and delivering exceptional results. #LegalJourney #ClientRelationships #CandidateAttorney #LearningEveryDay
