If you run the same meetings regular, please watch this! Add rocket fuel to your meeting, add in INTERCHANGEABLE elements. Short, concise and a game changer. What I love about these is that you change up the energy and focus in the meeting - it takes you from a 'same-same, predictable meeting' to a 'levelled-up meeting'. When you go from predictable 'yawn' meetings to adding in something new in every time - the whole dynamic will change. Have you tried these before? Would love to hear if you'll try this, or your interchangeable element examples if you do. Keep an eye out for the other two hacks this week - or hit the bell on my profile so you don’t miss out. Quick Tip Ever needed to update a Teams meeting invite with an attachment without notifying attendees? Here's how Follow these simple steps in Outlook: 1. Open the Meeting Invite: Go to your calendar, locate the meeting, and open the invite. 2. Attach the File: Click on the paperclip icon (or "Insert" tab) to add the attachment. 3. Instead of clicking "Send Update", close the meeting invite: A dialog box with options should appear 4. Select "Save changes but don't send" to apply the changes without notifying attendees. This way, the attachment will be added to the meeting invite, and your attendees won’t get an additional notification! 😊

Ok here is one of my favorite prompts I run every morning or evening before I sign off. Obviously you can alter this prompt based on the time you are executing it. "Show me all of my meetings tomorrow. Put them into a table by time, subject, organizer, and if I'm optional or required. Also indicate if I've accepted, declined, or haven't responded to the organizer" Of course, once this outputs you can also ask copilot to prepare for you any of these meetings.. "Prepare me for /{meetingname}" - the forward slash is a secret command you can send copilot to bring up your context menu and allows you to search for people\files\meetings\ etc
