What’s going on inside you? How do you bring peace and acceptance within? There are many different energies swirling around and if we’re not caring for ourselves we can be caught up in all of it. Take stock of what you’re feeling. Is it yours or did you pick it up from what/who is around you? Do you feel tired - rest. Do you feel confused - breathe. Do you feel angry - feel it. Do you feel anxious - walk. Allow yourself to be and feel everything by finding out what’s yours and what’s not, allowing the feelings to process through your body.
