8moI believe ( and my view is personal ), that it will take more than adaptability and readiness. Adaptability comes from being an explorer. To deliberately go out of your ‘comfort zone’. To avoid being blinded by one show or event and apply best business cases from outside the business . Sadly, this is an area of concern when it comes to the tradefair industry. It will take strong and innovation minded leadership to truly make the team thrive and the sector to flourish
