Just got back from the InventU 3rd Sustainable Home Care and #Beauty Forum in Amsterdam! 🌍 It was an incredible experience where I had the chance to present on challenges, strategies and solutions in sustainable cosmetic product development for SMEs. 💡 Connecting with industry leaders from all over Europe was inspiring, especially seeing everyone so focused on reducing our environmental footprint! 🌱 A big shout-out to Ruth Andrade for moderating such an engaging beauty stream. Here are my key takeaways: ✅ Carbon Capture Utilization (CCU) needs more attention – it has massive potential! ✅ We need to prioritize data management to properly track and show our improvements. ✅ Regulatory changes are pushing us to innovate and adapt faster. We need to create value and not only compliance! ✅ R&D has a key role in driving sustainable transformation, whether you’re a big player or a small one. ✅ Let’s not forget – R&D should tell stories to help people connect with these innovations.
