Importance of Process capability and Process performance with indices... *Quality Assurance: Process capability (Cp, Cpk) and process performance (Pp, Ppk) are essential for ensuring manufacturing processes consistently produce outputs within specification limits. *Customer Satisfaction: High Cp and Cpk values indicate a process is capable of producing products that meet customer requirements, leading to increased customer satisfaction. *Cost Reduction: Efficient processes with high capability and performance reduce waste and rework, leading to significant cost savings. *Continuous Improvement: Monitoring Cp, Cpk, Pp, and Ppk helps identify areas for process improvement and drives continuous quality enhancement efforts. ***Are you curious to know how we can support on your Digital Transformation journey? Hi Pp&Pk too are process capability indices only difference is calculation of Sigma where the Pp & Ppk used for initial process capability studies for any and all new process capability establishment where as Cp &Cpk for ongoing process capability with sigma calculation based on range ....
This is great
