Our flat and fast-paced culture demands that managers not only oversee but actively participate, bridging gaps in resources and stepping up during critical times. HR leaders from other dynamic organizations echoed this sentiment, noting the necessity for leaders to step up during critical times, often beyond their traditional roles. However, this proactive and versatile approach can be challenging for leaders with fixed mindsets who struggle to adapt post-promotion.
