2moI am a French customer, and this company sold me defective robots. Their after-sales service is disastrous. They asked us to replace the motherboard and screens, which we paid for, but despite this, the four robots still do not work. We asked them to take back the robots and repair them, but they refused. They take advantage of being in China and far from France to avoid honoring their commitments to their French customers. This situation is unacceptable.
