Bitcoin is for everyone - and the mission of the European Bitcoin Energy Association e. V. Is to engage with regulators to bring awareness of the potentials of bitcoin mining for the energy infrastructure of the EU.

I am delighted to share that my paper, "Tokenisation Outcomes Framework for the Public Sector—Is Blockchain Optimal for my Process?", has been accepted at the 6th International Congress on Blockchain and Applications (#BLOCKCHAIN'24), part of the PAAMS Conference, which will be held in #Salamanca in June. This paper details a framework to help a public organisation identify the most suitable business process for #tokenisation based on expected tokenisation outcomes. The expected tokenisation outcomes synthesised are Intermediaries' Reduction, Trust Enhancement, Digitised Assets, Performance Delivered, Immutability, and Controlled Access. Moreover, a multiple case study approach was also applied to validate the tokenisation outcomes with three case studies concerning the top three segments of #blockchain adoption in the #publicsector: #healthcare, #energy, and the #foodsupplychain. As a result, a validated framework to support decision-makers in choosing when blockchain could be optimal for a public sector's business process.
