The grass makes for a superb classroom. I don’t spend my whole time coaching rugby on the field but when I do I find it full of lessons. Feedback is instant if we are open to it. The conditions are always in flux; the individuals involved, the aims, the weather! Young people often test us the most. It’s a constant plan, do, review opportunity. Some recent reflections… - there is always context (context is important) - hidden impacts are happening all the time - it’s okay to give time to those who need it most #coaching #leadership #performance
