Great news for the sector -congratulations to all who have worked hard tomake this happen.
Why does it take so long to approve a sensible action? It’s no wonder our nation is crumbling. Education is so important.

2wExcellent news but the fact that it has taken so long to approve, and so many stakeholders have had to work/'campaign' to get to this stage, again shines a light on the inefficiency of process/needless bureaucracy which currently exists.
