AI Powered Workforce Series: Future HR Digital Transformation will be AI-enabled augmentation and automation. This is poised to become the catalyst of change throughout HR processes as technology now touches "moments that most matter" to employees’ lifecycle. To power this transformation, technology should be more accessible and help employees “in the flow of work.” By expanding digital HR to personalized work experience journeys, HR leaders are required to innovate beyond operational efficiency to make significant changes that will affect employees’ work and careers. The focus is to innovate while improving rather than hindering employee experience, as ensuring adoption by employees, managers, executives and candidates is perceived as the No. 1 barrier for change implementation. Therefore, to progress forward in transforming HR, leaders must drive change by: 1. Fostering the HR team’s digital dexterity, data literacy and AI acumen 2.
