Tonight initiative 'Pasing ist Bunt' organized an awareness event about right wing extremism and aiming at fostering intercultural understanding and celebrating diversity. While the gathering brought many voices together, it became apparent that there's still a significant gap in immigrant representation. This serves as a reminder of the ongoing need to dismantle intercultural barriers and confront the challenges posed by the rise of right-wing extremism, which often thrives on frustration and fear. Despite these challenges, it's crucial to remember that taking action and striving for change is far more productive than yielding to frustration. In an effort to support this cause, I volunteered and developed their website, aiming to bridge the gap and promote a more inclusive dialogue. Let's continue to push for a society that truly embraces and celebrates its diversity. Together, we can work towards a future where every voice is heard and valued.

We all need a soul check right now to investigate the soul of conflict in our lives. Most people look at making mistakes and getting into conflict as a bad thing that must be avoided at all costs. In fact, digging deep into the untapped wisdom in conflict allows us to find the meaning behind the conditioned responses that we’ve come to believe are our true selves in conflict. I discovered that I am full of conditioned responses and if I want to know who Lynne is in conflict, I have to go underneath the emotions and the habits and cultural norms to get a better understanding.
