The offer of a coupon worth ₹93, valid for 15 days, is inadequate and fails to address my primary concern. I firmly believe that a full refund of ₹466 is the only fair and acceptable resolution. Such a pathetic company, I ordered some food late night around 1am as was travelling. But not the food got delivered, even though the customer care support was very rude and pathetic. By connecting in back to back 3 person I have initiated refund. Now I am sleeping hungry. Pathetic service I ever had. My order ID : 192396574403117. 1dRecent experience - 07.12.24 Dear All, Greetings! Ref above subject and trailing mail. We have ordered various types of Khichdi (three types) from a restaurant name Khichdi Etc. Payment debited from my credit card. While checking the order delivery time - it was showing more than an hour --- which is much more in Ahmedabad. So while looking at the restaurant location (Motera)it was around 20 kms away from my place. So we have cancelled the order. Payment not refunded. Then we have ordered the same three types of Khichdi from a same restaurant at a nearby location - Navrangpura around 4 kms from our place. And ordered it. To my surprise - cancelled order payment yet not refunded and your team is informing that Re.1145/- entire amount has been used as a cancellation fees. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
