The results of our May steps challenge are in! 💪 Of course, Ashima took the lead once again with 417,592 steps! If she wins next month, she’ll have a winning streak for half the year! 👑 As a team, we completed a total of 1,485,529 steps, equivalent to 617.23 miles! 👟 May presented us with some tough challenges due to the amount of rain, and unfortunately, we didn’t meet our target this month. The night before the big tournament, I fractured my left hand’s metacarpal during a practice match. After a late-night hospital visit and an emotional return home at 2:00 am, I felt defeated, fearing I’d miss the tournament I was supposed to organize.   But I wasn’t about to let my team down. By 11:00 am, I was in the office, ready to lift their spirits. We arranged everything, and by 2:30 pm, I was on the ground. Ignoring my fractured hand, I focused on what I could do with my right. I fielded and bowled, contributing to powering my team to the semifinals.      In sports, mental resilience is crucial more than physical capabilities. That day, my mental resilience overcame my physical limitations. This experience taught me that life's ups and downs mirror business challenges. It's about focusing on the positive and what you can do.
