Don’t use EE if you want to use 2FA So it appears that EE are blocking SMS verifcation texts from the likes of Uber, Ebay and others so you cannot access your accounts if you use EE as your mobile provider. If you report this to EE they claim they are doing for your safety and appear to have no way of whitelisting. It is my understanding that they block any bulk SMS provider that has been used by a scammer regardless of who else uses that service. And of course the problem is that even if the 2FA provider has alternatives you can’t switch without getting that SMS message to confirm it’s you.
